A meeting of the Administrative Board of the Fondazione Monte dei Paschi di Siena was held this evening and has approved a list of seven candidates for the Board of Directors of Banca Monte dei Paschi di Siena, which it has sent to the parties to the Shareholders’ Agreement (Fintech Advisory Inc and Btg Pactual), together with the list of the members of the Board of Auditors, as a proposal to ensure the rapid approval of the lists.
