Marcello Clarich is the new President of the Monte dei Paschi di Siena Foundation.
The Deputazione Amministratrice (Administrative Board) is completely changed, made up now of Bettina Campedelli, already member of the Deputazione Generale (Board of Directors), Giovanna Barni, Alessandro Fabbrini e Marco Frigerio.

The Collegio dei Sindaci (Board of Auditors) has been confirmed and it’s made up of: Luigi Borrè (nominated by the MEF), Marco Grazzini, Filippo Mascia.

The President, the Administrative Board and the Board of Auditors, apponted by the Board of Directors during the today-meeting (August 11, 2014), will be on charge for the next four years.

The Board of Directors expresses its strong and heartfelt appreciation of the work done by the ex President Antonella Mansi, the past Administrative Board and the Board of Auditors.
